How long until my order has shipped?
Shirts take 3-5 business days to create.
Laser Cut items take 2-4 business days to create.
Wood Items take 7-10 business days to create.
During Holidays please expect all orders to be shipped on the 5th business day due to the influx of orders.
When will my package arrive? Can I put a need by date in the checkout notes?
Packages are produced and shipped within 3-10 business days and take an additional 3-7 days for shipping. Please note USPS only guarantees overnight express shipping. If you need your product by a certain date please plan accordingly or upgrade to rush production plus express shipping. If you are unsure of your arrival date please reach out! All requests for a quicker arrival date put in the checkout notes will be ignored and orders will be produced according to what production times/shipping options you chose at checkout. During the holidays USPS can take longer due to higher volumes. Again please plan accordingly or upgrade your turn/ship times.
Can I make a change to my order?
We will try our best to get to your conversation and change requests as soon as possible. However we can not guarantee any changes allowed to your order after it is submitted. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order. During holidays and for all embroidery orders, no changes to orders will be accepted, no exceptions.
Cancellations, Refund, Exchanges
Since we are a made to order shop our policies state no cancellations or returns/exchanges. Once your order is placed we immediately use your payment to order your supplies to complete your items. We understand plans may changes, events might get canceled etc. However, we are not able to return your goods after they are ordered from our suppliers or get back the time or money lost from creating your custom items. Please respect this policy and order accordingly.
I put the wrong shipping address when checking out, can you change it?
Unfortunately we can not guarantee a shipping address change. However, if you did accidentally submit a wrong address, please make sure to contact us immediately and we will note that on your order. Please note, if your item is on the 5th business day of production or it has already shipped we most likely won't be able to change your shipping address in time.
My package has shipped but I put an old address, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped the postage for that location has been purchased already and is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately. I checked my tracking and my package is being returned. Can you send it to the correct address?
If the address is not deliverable, the package will be returned to us and you can pay for new shipping to the correct location. Previous shipping costs will not be refunded. Once a package has shipped the postage has been paid for and we can not refund those costs.
I received my order and there is a problem with my order. How do I fix it?
We must be notified of any issues with your order within 4 business days of delivery. If 4 business days have gone by since delivery, and your items were needed for a specific event, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This will ensure a timely resolution to any issues.
Items returned to us due to an issue with your order must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If we accepted an exchange and your items are not in this condition - we reserve the right to refuse that exchange.
If there is an issue with delivery we will need to be notified in 48 hours.
